These terms govern use of Candor by companies and their authorised users. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your company.
Candor helps managers prepare performance feedback. Suggested ratings, drafts, forecasts and AI rewrites are aids only. Your company and its managers remain fully responsible for the content of feedback and for any employment decisions.
Keep login details confidential. HR administrators control who has access to their company's workspace and are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data uploaded.
New companies receive a free trial with the limits shown at sign-up. Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees plus applicable GST and renew only when you pay for a new period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other companies' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harass or discriminate against any person.
Your company owns its data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export feedback as PDF or Word at any time.
Candor, its software, design, text templates and scoring methods are our intellectual property. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
